Having knowledge and understanding of the judging criteria to compete will ensure that athletes are properly prepared to compete in INBF & WNBF sanctioned events. Each division has specific criteria; knowing what the judges are looking for will help competitors avoid penalties, particularly if they are competing in more than one division. INBF/WNBF has been drug testing over 30 years and places the highest importance on ensuring that athletes are drug-free, so as to ensure fair competition at each and every event Worldwide. The use of drugs is strictly PROHIBITED.
