He&#8217;s helped many individuals reach health goals related to diabetes and high blood pressure, resulting in physicians releasing them from certain medications. He has trained OCB\u00a0 and WNBF Pro Card and first place winners, professional boxers, aspiring Olympic hurdlers, and some of the CSRA&#8217;s own first responders, as well as members of this nation&#8217;s great Armed Forces.
